Terms of Trade
Prices
To protect our retailers we do not publish prices online on this site. If you would like a wholesale price list sent by fax, email or post, just email us, or phone us and we will send one out to you. Don't forget to include your full name, company name, ABN, mailing address, phone, fax and email.
Quantities
We have a minimum total order of AU$250.00. Some individual items have minimum quantities. See price list for details.
New Customers
First orders are by pro forma only (goods are dispatched following receipt of full payment). 7 day terms may be granted in some circumstances.
Subsequent Orders
On completion of a credit application form and approval by J Style, account customers may receive up to 30 days credit from date of invoice.
Claims
Claims for breakages must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of goods. Please check shipment carefully immediately upon receipt.
Freight
Freight is not included in the listed price. The cost of freight by our forwarder will be added to your invoice unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.
GST
GST of 10% will be added to the listed price of all items.
Payment
Payment may be made by credit card (MasterCard or VISA), cheque, or by direct deposit into our bank account.
Restaurant /Chain store /Department store buyers
Restaurants and other large buyers may order direct from our manufacturers' catalogues. This allows you to choose from a much larger range than we usually keep in stock in Australia. There are minimum order requirements, and a deposit must be paid. Lead times vary depending on the items and our shipping schedule. Contact us for more information on this option.
