To Online Store Customers within Australia

We charge a flat rate shipping fee of $9.90 per order for Online Store customers, no matter how much you order at one time.

We may use Australia Post registered post, or StarTrack Express Couriers to deliver your order. For care and service we prefer to use StarTrack Express. In this case you must provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for receipt of goods during business hours (e.g. a work address). You may also give us instructions to leave the parcel in a safe place (verandah, back step etc). If you give instructions to leave the parcel, we do not accept responsibility for it being stolen or lost after delivery. If no-one is available to sign at the time of delivery, you may be charged a re-delivery fee. If you cannot provide an address where someone will definitely be available to sign for delivery, we will use Australia Post registered post. In this case, if no-one is available to sign for the delivery, a card will be left and you will need to visit your local Australia Post Office to pick up the parcel yourself.

To Wholesale Customers within Australia

We use StarTrack Express as our preferred carrier. You must provide a business address for delivery where someone will be available to sign for receipt of goods during business hours. If you have limited opening hours, please note this in the comments section at the bottom of your order. The cost of delivery is not included in the listed price, nor in the total shown on the website. The cost will be added to your invoice after packing and weighing your order. If you would prefer to use an alternative shipping method, please provide details of your preferred carrier and account number and we will arrange delivery by your courier.

To Customers outside Australia

We will use Australia Post Express Post to ship outside Australia. This does not require a signature for receipt but it does allow tracking of the parcel online. We will charge postage at cost. A quote for postage to your country will be provided before we ship your order.

If you are a wholesale customer and you are arranging your own consolidation at an Australian port (e.g. Sydney, Melbourne) we can arrange delivery to your shipping agent. We can provide all necessary documentation such as AGAL certificate of lead/cadmium testing for ceramics.
