These terms of trade govern the use of www.jstyle.com.au ("the website") and the purchase of any goods from it or from J Style Pty Ltd. By accessing and using the website you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of trade, including information provided under the links Shipping, Returns and Privacy. The website is owned and operated by J Style Pty Ltd (ABN 97 603 956 926).

Product Appearance

Many of J Style's products are hand made or use materials that vary with each piece so that each item is unique. Due to the nature of these products, the photos you see on the website will more than likely be different in colour and/or pattern from the product you receive. In addition, the exact appearance of each product on screen will depend on your computer monitor's display and colour settings. Please read product descriptions carefully. If a product is manufactured using various materials and will differ from the photograph, it will be detailed in the product description. We do not accept a difference in colour or pattern from that shown on the website as a fault. We will treat any items returned for this reason as change of mind.

Product Availability

Availability of the products listed on the website is subject to change without notice. Display of an item on the website is not a guarantee that the item is currently in stock and available to be shipped with your order. Any out of stock item(s) will not be shipped with your order and the revised total will be shown on your final invoice enclosed with your delivery. If there are a large number of items out of stock, or we feel the missing items will affect your overall order adversely, we will contact you prior to shipping to advise you or to offer an alternative. If you would like us to definitely contact you about any out of stock items, please note your request in the comments section at the end of your order.

Online Shop Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST where applicable. If your order will be shipped to an overseas delivery address, the 10% GST will be removed.

Wholesale Pricing & Minimum Orders

Prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. If your order will be shipped to an overseas delivery address, the 10% GST will be removed. The minimum order for wholesale orders is AU$300. Individual items may have minimum quantities or order lots as listed in the product descriptions.

Payment & Accounts

Payment may be made by direct deposit to our bank account, by credit card (MasterCard or VISA), PayPal, or by cheque. See website checkout or wholesale invoice for payment instructions. Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received in full.

Wholesale customers may apply for a credit account by completing our credit account application form and returning the signed original by post to J Style. Upon approval by J Style, account customers will be eligible to receive goods on Net 30 Days credit terms. Goods sent on account remain the sole property of J Style Pty Ltd until full payment has been received.
