Returns

Goods may be returned to J Style within 14 days of purchase for one of two reasons;

  1. The goods were faulty or damaged upon receipt.
  2. You have changed your mind or are unhappy with your purchase for any reason.

Before returning goods for any reason, please contact J Style to receive an authorisation for return and instructions on how to return the goods.

In the case of faulty or damaged goods:

We may only require a photo of the fault or damage to be emailed to us and you will not need to return the actual goods.

If we ask you to return goods you must send them by a traceable method such as courier or registered post. If the goods are not received by us and no proof of delivery is available, we will deem them not to have been sent.

You may choose;

  1. A full refund of the purchase price including delivery charges to be made to you by the same method that you used to pay for the goods. If we ask you to return the goods, we will also reimburse you for any postage costs incurred.  
  2. A credit for the same amount to be used towards your next purchase from J Style. In the case of wholesale customers with a credit account, you may reduce your payment by the amount of the credit.  
  3. Replacement goods or parts* (this option may not always be possible and is at the discretion of J Style).  

In the case of change of mind, or any kind of disappointment with your order;

Please contact us first to discuss your decision to return the goods. We will not accept returns without prior authorisation.

Goods must be returned in the original condition that they were sent to you. They must be undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. They must have no price tags or other labels attached by you.

If you return goods you must send them by a traceable method such as courier or registered post. If the goods are not received by us and no proof of delivery is available, we will deem them not to have been sent.

It is your responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged so that they are not damaged during return transit.  We will not issue a return unless the products are in a saleable condition upon return.

In this case the cost of postage will not be refunded.

You may choose;

  1. A refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) by the same method that you used to pay for the goods.  
  2. A credit note for the same amount to be used towards your next J Style purchase.  

In the case of wholesale customers with a credit account, you may reduce your payment by the amount of the credit.
